Some green food diet offers a very peculiar diet. According to it you
should eat only green vegetables and fruits because these green diet

it to do otherwise. "Green" diet alters the metabolism. Having once
recovered from addiction to sugar, it adapts and will primarily
use fat for energy purposes. Thus, the main idea of the concept of
power is a "green" diet.
Carbohydrates in the "green" diet come in the form of cellulose. The
organism is unable to fully digest and absorb fiber into the
bloodstream, but it provides a natural source of vitamins, and
minerals. The information contained in plants and cereals of fiber is
essential for health. Without fat, the risk to get a bad heart and
cancer is much lower. A diet rich in fiber is a significant part of the
"green" diet, because it is beneficial for health, has a low content of
saturated fat, easy on the stomach and contains few calories. Fiber
makes you feel full, so very well suppresses the feeling of hunger.
You'll lose fat because fibers contain a negligible amount of
calories. Fiber helps prevent the development of colon cancer and
lower the cholesterol level.
The structure of "green" diet consists of, for example, products such
as lettuce, spinach, onion, asparagus, cauliflower and Brussels

large amount of carbohydrates, and therefore is not included in the
"green" diet is brown rice, corn, beans, and fruit. Most other diets,
based on large amounts of protein and low in carbohydrates, do not
